Do you collect and deliver?

We offer a collection and delivery service. We recommend using our booking process through the Cleancloud app.

Will ALL my items be returned?

Yes. We document your load per item and we treat each load individually.

Do you mix loads?

No. We document your load per item and we treat each load individually. A minimum load is charged at 4kg.

What happens if you damage my stuff?

We adopt a replacement value that is applicable at [4x]. T&C’s apply.

What products do you use?

At the Umhlali Village Laundry we use premium products that are accepted by medical facilities for their high level of hygiene care.

Do you treat items according to their care labels?

We do. Our team takes great care to ensure garments and linen are treated according to their manufacturer specifications to avoid any damage or loss.

Do you attend to stains?

Our knowledgable team attend to stains as part of the initial cleaning process. Obvious or stubborn stains require extra process and thus carry extra cost. We’ll be sure to call you upfront.

Are items inspected before washing?

Yes our teams will assess all items at check-in, documenting all damage and noticeable stains or defects. Did you know we treat each load individually and thus can track it through it’s process and time with us?

How long does it take?

Our standard turn around time is 48hrs per order. We do offer an Express Service; Same Day (10am Cut-Off) charged at a 10% Premium.

Do you offer commercial rates?

Commercial Rates are available for Letting businesses, Country Clubs and similar. Available upon application.
